Adjoin Terms of Service

1. The service

Adjoin provides a hosted, read-only connection between advertising and analytics accounts you control and AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol. Adjoin reads data on your instruction and returns it to your assistant. Adjoin does not and cannot create, edit, pause or delete anything in your accounts.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to connect the accounts you add. You are responsible for the credentials you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for the actions of any AI client you authorise. Connect only accounts you own or are permitted to access.

3. Price and billing

Adjoin costs US$30 per month, billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Paddle's terms apply to the purchase and Paddle issues your invoice, applies any sales tax or VAT, and handles refunds and chargebacks. Prices exclude taxes unless shown otherwise at checkout.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. During the trial you have full access. When the trial ends, access to the MCP endpoint pauses until you subscribe; your connections and settings are kept. If you subscribe during the trial, any remaining trial days are carried over before your first charge.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Because Adjoin is a monthly service you can stop at any time, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by law or at Paddle's discretion under their refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not connect accounts you are not authorised to access.
Do not attempt to use Adjoin to write to, or circumvent the limits of, any platform.
Do not probe, overload or interfere with the service. Reasonable per-account rate limits apply.
Comply with the terms of the platforms you connect (Google, Meta, Microsoft) and of your AI assistant provider.

7. Platforms and availability

Adjoin depends on third-party APIs that may change, rate-limit or revoke access. We will make reasonable efforts to keep connections working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of data returned by a platform. Features marked "soon" are not yet available.

8. Data

Our Privacy Policy describes what we store and how we protect it. In short: credentials are encrypted, platform data is not retained, nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train AI models.

9. Intellectual property

Adjoin and its software remain our property. You keep all rights to your data. You grant us only the limited right to process your data to provide the service.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adjoin is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, loss of profit, or decisions taken on the basis of data returned by the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if required by a platform or by law, or on 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service, in which case we refund any unused prepaid period.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
