These terms are an agreement between you and Delune Global FZE, a company registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, which operates Adjoin ("Adjoin", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using adjoin.ae or the Adjoin MCP endpoint you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. The service

Adjoin provides a hosted, read-only connection between advertising and analytics accounts you control (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity) and AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol. Adjoin reads data on your instruction and returns it to your assistant. Adjoin does not and cannot create, edit, pause, fund or delete anything in your accounts.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorised to connect the accounts you add. You are responsible for the credentials and access you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for the actions of any AI client you authorise. Connect only accounts you own or are permitted to access, and keep the platform permissions you grant Adjoin limited to reading.

3. Price and billing

Adjoin is priced in US dollars: US$30 per month, US$160 per 6 months or US$300 per year, billed in advance for the chosen period. GBP, EUR and AUD are available at checkout at the equivalent price; any AED figures shown on the website are approximate. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase and Paddle issues your invoice, applies any sales tax or VAT, and handles refunds and chargebacks. Prices exclude taxes unless shown otherwise at checkout. Optional extras are priced as shown on the website and billed alongside your subscription.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access and no payment card required, once per account. The trial does not convert into a charge: when it ends, access to the MCP endpoint pauses until you subscribe, and your connections and settings are kept. If you subscribe during the trial, any remaining trial days are applied before your first charge.

5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep full access until then. You can request a refund within 14 days of the date of any charge, in line with Paddle's refund policy. The details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Platforms and availability

Adjoin depends on third-party APIs that may change, rate-limit or revoke access. We make reasonable efforts to keep connections working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy or completeness of data returned by a platform. Features marked "soon" are not yet available. Google Ads access under your own developer token is subject to Google's API access level for that token.

8. Results and AI output

Adjoin returns data; it does not run or advise on your campaigns. Rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue and return on advertising spend depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any outcome. Answers, summaries and recommendations are produced by your AI assistant, not by Adjoin, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for checking them and for any decision or spend based on them. Advertising spend is charged to you directly by the platforms under their own terms; Adjoin never spends on your behalf.

9. Data

Our Privacy Policy describes what we store and how we protect it. In short: credentials are encrypted, platform data is not retained, nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train AI models. Adjoin's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms. You can revoke Adjoin's access and delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

10. Intellectual property

Adjoin and its software remain our property. You keep all rights to your data. You grant us only the limited right to process your data to provide the service to you.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adjoin is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, loss of profit, or decisions taken on the basis of data or AI output returned through the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects mandatory consumer rights where you live.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if required by a platform or by law, while a payment dispute is open, or on 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service, in which case we refund any unused prepaid period.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this page with the date above; material changes apply from your next renewal after they are posted, and we will tell you in the dashboard or by email.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
