Pricing questions

How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of full access with no payment card. The trial never turns into a charge by itself: it only becomes a paid subscription if you add payment details and subscribe. When it ends without a subscription, MCP access pauses and your connections are kept.
How do I cancel?
Any time from Dashboard → Billing, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep full access until then.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a refund within 14 days of any charge, through the link on your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are set in USD. At checkout you can also pay in GBP, EUR or AUD at the equivalent price, and Paddle shows the exact amount in your currency before you confirm. AED amounts on this page are approximate.
Who charges my card?
Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Paddle issues the invoice, applies any sales tax or VAT, and handles refunds. The charge appears as Paddle on your statement.
